7-Day Return Policy — Only for Incorrect Items

We offer a 7-day return policy in case you receive an item different from what you ordered. If the delivered product does not match the item you selected (wrong size, color, or product), you can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your parcel.

To be eligible:

• You must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
• You must provide a clear photo/video of the received item as proof.

Once we verify your claim, we will either:

• Send you the correct item without extra charges​, or
• Offer a refund or coupon (based on availability and your preference).

No Returns on Damaged or Broken Items

We take special care while packing your products securely, and all items are checked and verified before dispatch. Therefore, we do not accept returns for damaged or broken items unless the product was already broken when you received it (which must be proven with a video recorded during unboxing).

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

• Product damaged due to mishandling after delivery.
• Wear and tear caused by customer use.
• Color variation due to screen settings (minor differences are normal).
• If the product was delivered correctly but you changed your mind later.

Quality Assurance

All our products go through strict quality control before they reach you. We only list items from verified suppliers and manufacturers to ensure you receive high-quality and reliable items at affordable prices.

Delivery & Return Shipping

• If the return is approved due to our mistake (wrong item sent), we will bear the return shipping cost.
• If the return is requested for any other reason and approved (at our discretion), the customer will cover the shipping cost.
• Refunds are processed within 5-7 working days after the returned product reaches us and is inspected.

To initiate a return:
